2. Editorial Board
The Editorial Board is composed of nationwide famous experts on space science and academic leaders on related subject. Several international experts are also invited to join the Board.
The current Editor-in-Chief is Prof. Zhenxing Liu, an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prof. Liu is also the Principle Scientist of the Double Star Project.
3. Description
Chinese Journal of Space Science (CJSS) is an authoritative scholarly journal in the field of space science under the auspices of Chinese Society of Space Research and sponsored by the Center for Space Science and Applied Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Established in 1981, this bimonthly-published journal aims to report new research results achieved in the field of space sciences in China. Both theoretical and applied researches, either on natural processes of the space itself, and any other phenomena occurred in this special environment are included. The specific areas cover the solar-terrestrial space physics, space weather and space environment, solar system and planetary science, microgravity science, space life science, space chemistry, Earth observation science, fundamental physics in space, space astronomy and space experiment and application related technology. CJSS is covered in many indexing and abstracting systems, such as the Database of Chinese Key Journals, Chinese Scientific Citation, Chinese Physics Abstract, Chinese Astronomy Abstract, UK Scientific Abstracts (SA), US Chemistry Abstract (CA), German Astronomy and Astrophysics Abstracts (AAA) etc. The potential readers include all researchers, engineers, university teachers and students, administrators in the field concerned.
