Submission
Manuscripts are encouraged to be submitted from the “Online Submission” button on the top-left of the web homepage (the website of our journal is http://www.cjss.ac.cn). If you have no existing registration account in this website, please register for an account first. (If you already have an existing registration of any role (Author, Reviewer, or Editor) in this system, please do not register again). After register, you can log in from “Online Submission”. Once logged in, you will be able to submit to our journal, or track the process of a submitted manuscript.
Oversea manuscripts in the reporting scope of CJSS are accepted and desired by CJSS. For author abroad China, you can also submit your manuscripts by E-mail (Our E-mail address is cjss@cssar.ac.cn).
Formats
The manuscript should include the following items: text title, author(s), affiliation, abstract, key words, text, acknowledgements (optional) and references. For manuscripts written in Chinese, the corresponding English text title, author(s)’s name and affiliation, abstract, key words and references should also be included. As for each figure and table, both Chinese and English titles are required; meanwhile, texts in the picture are demanded to be presented in English expressions.
Reviewing process
The manuscript submitted to CJSS would be reviewed by the editorial office first. After that, each paper will be reviewed by at least two specialists, and none would include any one of the contributors or their colleagues. If major revision is asked for by one of the reviewers, the manuscript would be returned to the contributors for revision and then reviewed again. When controversial points exist, a third referee review is needed. After peer-reviewing, manuscripts would be presented to the corresponding Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Editor-in-Chief sequentially for final decision. The strict peer-reviewing process can guarantee the quality of the manuscript contributing to CJSS.
