Abstract: The exploration for extraterrestrial life is one of the most important targets of deep space exploration. The successful launch of China's first Mars probe “Tianwen-1” has started the scientific exploration about the surface morphology and life signs of Mars. As the most similar planet to the earth in the solar system, Mars brings human being endless reverie. Is there life on Mars? Can human beings immigrate to Mars in the future? Phosphorus, one of the important elements for life, plays an irreplaceable role in the whole evolution of life. Phosphate can be used as a potential biomarker to provide new ideas and clues for life exploration on Mars.
