AN EXPERIMENT RESEARCH ON THE EMISSIVE PROBE TO MEASURE THE PLASMA SPACE POTENTIAL

摘要: 实验研究了空间电荷对发射探针确定等离子体空间电位的影响,探讨确定等离子体空间电位的可靠方法。结果表明,发射探针之统发射电流趋于零之点更接近于等离子体的空间电位。Abstract: The effects of space-charge on the measurement of plasma space potential by an cmissive probe are studied experimentally,to find a better method to determine the plasma space potential.It is indicated that the bias voltage at which the emission current become zero should be the plasma space potential.
