LAYOUT OPTIMIZATION OF LARGE FLEXIBLE DEPLOYED ANTENNA

摘要: 讨论了某新型周边桁架式展开天线拉索系统的布局优化设计问题.将天线拉索系统的上、下悬索数量,以及中间调节索数量作为设计变量,在优化过程中主要考虑结构拉索系统原理精度约束,建立以结构重量最轻为优化目标,基于天线几何精度的展开天线布局优化数学模型.通过数值算例证明,拉索系统的布局优化设计对提高天线设计质量是非常有效的.Abstract: Based on a new flexible cable net for a deployable antenna, the optimum design of cable system is discussed in the paper. An optimum design model is presented, searching for minimum weight design while the constraints such as reflector precision is concerned. The design parameters are selected as the number of upper cable, lower cable and adjustable cable. Through a numerical example, the model above is tested and verified to be correct and effective.
