    Male, born at Lishui, Jiangsu province in August 1965. He is a research professror in astrophysics at National Astronomical Observarories, CAS. His major research fields cover active galactic nuclear, gamma-ray bursts, active stars, and instruments. E-mail: wjy@nao.cas.cn
