陶炼，中国科学院高能物理研究所研究员。主要从事高能天体物理和空间天文研究，现担任慧眼卫星核心科学组副组长、爱因斯坦探针卫星科学领域工作组副组长、中法天文卫星天文台科学中方召集人，提出了全新的空间探测计划——全变源追踪猎人星座计划（CATCH）并担任首席科学家。担任国际天文学期刊JHEAp编委。研究成果曾入选2020年度中国天文十大进展。

Lian TAO, Professor of Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, specializing in high-energy astrophysics and space astronomy. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Core Science Team for the Insight-HXMT satellite, Co-Chair of the Science Topical Panel on Compact Stellar Objects for the Einstein Probe satellite, and Chinese Convener of the Observatory Science Working Group for the SVOM satellite. She proposed the innovative space mission — Chasing All Transients Constellation Hunters (CATCH) and serves as its Principal Investigator. She is also an editorial board member of the international astronomy journal JHEAp. One of her studies was recognized as one of the Top Ten Astronomical Advances in China in 2020.
