牛文龙，中国科学院国家空间科学中心副研究员，中国科学院特聘研究骨干、青促会会员。2012年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，2018年博士毕业于中国科学院大学，2016―2017年在美国约翰霍普金斯大学博士联培1年。现任中国空间科学学会青年委员、空间探测专业委员会秘书，《宇航学报》、《天文技术与仪器》等期刊青年编委。主要从事极低信噪比运动目标检测和体系仿真评估研究工作。共发表论文30余篇，授权专利20余项，软著10余项。

Wenlong NIU, Associate Researcher of National Space Science Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2012 and his Doctoral degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018. From 2016 to 2017, he completed a one-year joint doctoral training program at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. He currently serves as a Young Committee Member of the Chinese Society of Space Science, Secretary of the Space Detection Professional Committee, and Youth Editorial Board Member of journals including Journal of Astronautics and Astronomical Technology and Instruments. His research focuses on low signal-to-noise ratio moving target detection and system simulation & evaluation. He has published over 30 academic papers, been granted more than 20 patents, and obtained over 10 software copyrights.
