周海，中国科学院国家空间科学中心研究员、博导，中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员。长期从事星载智能计算方法与超算系统、目标检测识别等天基智能信息处理方向研究。承担六项国家级创新课题，牵头十余项国家重大、重点航天工程星上处理关键载荷研制并成功在轨应用。2022年获“全国向上向善好青年”荣誉称号。

Hai ZHOU, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of National Space Science Center (NSSC) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and an Excellent Member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of CAS. He has long been engaged in research on spaceborne intelligent computing methods, supercomputing systems, target detection and recognition, and other intelligent information processing technologies.
