  • On the base of the Maxwell equations and moment equations,this paper has investigated the Coupling Processes of the excited waves in an inhomogeneous and bi-fluids plasmas under the action of a Line Sourse and has Presented the general equation for the Coupling of three moduli (Pe,Pi,E) ▽2[P]-[C]·▽[P]+[K2][P]=[D][▽·(ωp2Eo)] As an example,we have studied the case of the coupling processes in a homogeneous,lossy (v≠0),and bi-fluids Plasmas,showing that even if the plasma is homogeneous,so long as v≠0,a coupling will take place between the electronic plasma wave and the ionic plasma wave,but no coupling will occur between the Optical modulus and the plasma modulus.
