Correlation analysis is made on the relation of the north-south (N-S) anisotropy of cosmic rays, observed by the Nagoya multi-directional meson telescope, with the IMFas well as the solar wind velocity within solar carrington rotation for the period 1971-1975. It is found that the N-Sanisotropy of cosmic rays correlates quite well with the Bx and By components of the IMF. The correlation coefficient mearly equals to 0.8.
